KeepBit User Code of Conduct

KeepBit users agree to abide by the following rules of conduct to ensure the KeepBit platform is not used for destructive or manipulative purposes. Any trading activities that disrupt or manipulate cryptocurrency trading are prohibited. The following list is not exhaustive and is intended to illustrate certain prohibited activities.

When using the services, your account, or interacting with us, other users, or third parties:

• Do not violate any laws, regulations, ordinances, or statutes (e.g., laws related to financial services, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, or false advertising);
• Do not hold or trade digital assets that we reasonably believe are potentially fraudulent;
• Do not participate in potentially fraudulent or suspicious activities and/or transactions;
• Do not engage in any conduct that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the website, software, systems (including any networks and servers used to provide any services), or services operated by us or on our behalf;
• Do not facilitate any viruses, Trojan horses, malware, worms, or other computer programming routines that attempt or may damage, destroy, corrupt, misuse, interfere harmfully, secretly intercept, or appropriate, or gain unauthorized access to any system, data, information, or services;
• Do not place orders for the purpose of creating unnecessary volatility or conditions where prices do not reflect or will not reflect fair market value. This may include artificially buying and selling at the same price to artificially increase trading volume, splitting orders to create more trading executions and the appearance of more trading activity, or using consecutive trading executions to show artificial momentum in a specific direction;
• Do not place orders for the sole purpose of canceling buy or sell prices before execution;
• Do not pre-arrange any orders with others for artificial execution purposes;
• Do not place orders for the purpose of assisting others in trading;
• Do not simultaneously place buy and sell orders that may execute against each other.

KeepBit reserves the right to the final interpretation of this agreement.
